Cookies are commonly used for saving user passwords and IDs on some web sites - so you won't need to re-enter them all the time. They are also used on some commercial web sites to store items in your "shopping basket". Only the same web site can read the information from its cookie file. Some advertisers use cookies to ensure that their ads will be displayed to to a given user over a specific time period.

Q : I corrected my postcard but my favorite music seems lost.
A : Don't worry, the music changed but the program will remember your choice anyway. Just don't touch the music selection.

Q : Postcards sent to me seem to be lost. Is this a bug?
A : No. We have located all "missing" postcards. There are several possible reasons why you were not able to find your postcard.
The most common reason: Some browsers or Internet Service Providers e.g. AOL browsers, don't support the basic functions that are required to pick up digital postcards.
Here's how you get your postcard anyway:
Simply Click Here and complete the email. You will automatically receive detailed instructions to find your post card.

Hint for AOL users: Install Netscape

Q : I loose my information when I return to a form. Why?
A : You are using an older browser like Internet Explorer 2.x or 3.x. These browsers do not save inputs when you click the BACK button to return to a form. We have implemented a work-around for these browsers and the postcard program tries to save as many inputs as possible. Netscape and Internet Explorer 4.0 save inputs, so you should upgrade to one of these.
